Grace Youth Group (gYg) mission trips provide ministry experiences in urban ministry in Charlotte and Pittsburgh, rural ministry with the Applachian Service Project, and international ministry in Honduras, on a four year rotation.

Grace church adults have been Central America mission travelers for ten years, serving on teams from many churches of our Providence Presbytery.  Since 2003, we have had enough adults from our own church to lead our own mission trips to Honduras, where, each year, our team helps another Mayan village to learn to build their own improved housing, suitable to their climate, thereby improving the overall health of hundreds of adults and children in each village.  Those who cannot go on the trips serve as prayer partners and provide gifts and esssential tools, taken to Honduras and given to our Mayan friends by our travelers.  It is a privilege to meet the Christ, already there ahead of us, in faraway places.
